At Learning Quran Online Academy, we understand that starting online Quran classes is a commitment. We are confident in the quality of our instruction and want to ensure you feel comfortable enrolling. This transparent refund policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund may be possible.
Full Refund (before classes begin):
- Your complete tuition will be refunded if you withdraw before your first scheduled class. We understand that plans can change, and we want to be flexible.
Partial Refund (after one class):
- If you withdraw after attending one class, we will offer a 50% refund of your remaining tuition. This helps cover the administrative costs associated with setting up your learning journey.
Exceptional Circumstances:
- In the rare case that we are unable to provide your scheduled classes due to our fault, we will issue a full refund of your remaining tuition. This includes technical issues, teacher unavailability, or schedule changes on our end.
Important Notes:
- Withdrawals must be communicated in writing to [email protected] with a clear explanation.
- Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving your written withdrawal request.
- Transferring credit to future classes is not available under this policy.
- This policy covers tuition fees only. Additional fees, such as registration or resource costs, may not be refunded.
